kirstenHi! Welcome to my website. My name is Kirsten and I consider myself to be a fitness enthusiast. I have spent a good part of the last five years researching and implementing new workout techniques and diets and now am glad to have the chance to share what I have learned with you. Now I am not a professional body-builder, sports athlete, or anyone like that but instead just a regular person like you with an intense passion for fitness and working out.

In fact before I started getting into the whole working out process, I stood close to 6 feet tall and weighed a measly 127 pounds. Yea I was a twig! But now five years later I have bulked up to a muscular 185 pounds. Being a natural ectomorph it was hard at first to put on weight. On top of that I was not using the proper techniques to get effective results. I did not eat the right foods.

For the most part my diet consisted of a lot of soda, pizzas, chocolate cakes, and more junk food. Plus I did not consume enough and often to gain weight. Besides my diet, I did not have a consistent workout routine. When I went to the gym I would do random workouts and did not lift heavy enough to promote muscle growth. That all changed when I finally got focused. I went on the internet and through sites like this one I was able to get a ton of information that changed my whole outlook on fitness. Also I spoke with personal trainers, gym rats, and pretty much anyone with fitness knowledge in order to educate myself even further on the subject.

In fact I became obsessed and found myself conversing non-stop with anyone about anything related to fitness. So with my new gained knowledge I was able to follow the proper methods and since then I have not looked back.  I am pretty happy with my body right now but am always looking to tweak and add something new to my fitness regimen. You can be assured that I will share everything that I have learned and will learn about body fitness with you without leaving anything out.

I will give you all the information I know with the good and the bad and will do my best to guide you in making the right fitness decisions. Use the information I provide on this website as means to get what you want out of your body and don’t be afraid to try something new. Your body is a great machine and you will surprise yourself with the hidden capabilities that you, your body, and your mind possess.

With each new accomplishment you will get a sense of reward and well being, knowing that all you hard-work, patience, and sheer determination paid off in the end. The road to a fit body will be challenging but remember to NEVER EVER GIVE UP! I DID IT AND SO CAN YOU!
